Refund Policy

Every virtual background from LogoWalls.art is uniquely composed for your logo. Because of the custom nature of our products, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the work that goes into each order. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Custom Products

All virtual backgrounds are custom-created based on the specific logo you provide and the scene you select. Because each background is made exclusively for you, we are unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after your background has been approved and downloaded.

We take great care in our process, and the approval step is your opportunity to ensure you are completely happy before you download your final file.

The Approval Step

Before your virtual background is finalized for download, you will be asked to review and approve it. This is an important part of our process and your chance to:

  • Review the background carefully at full size.
  • Request adjustments or changes if something does not look right.
  • Confirm you are happy with the logo placement, scene, and overall result before we proceed.

Once you approve your background, it is made available for download and we consider the order final. Please take the time to review your background thoroughly before clicking approve.

Problems With Your File

If your downloaded background has a technical issue — such as a corrupted file, wrong dimensions, or a defect that prevents it from working as a virtual background — we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of your order with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear screenshot of the issue and the device or app where it occurs.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Upon review, we will supply a corrected file or issue a full refund at our discretion. We aim to resolve all such claims within 5 business days of receiving the required information. If you ordered an optional physical print that arrives damaged, the same applies — send us a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

File Quality

We stand behind the quality of our backgrounds. If the file you download does not match the background you approved in a meaningful way — such as a significantly different result or an obvious production error — please contact us within 14 days of your order.

Please note that minor variations in how a background appears across different screens, video apps, and lighting conditions are normal due to differences in display calibration. These variations are not considered defects.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any point before your background has been approved and downloaded. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once your background has been approved and made available for download, cancellation is no longer possible as the custom work will already be complete.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue with your order, please email us at support@logowalls.art with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Shipping costs for optional physical prints that are not damaged or defective.
  • Orders where the background has been approved and downloaded, unless the file has a genuine technical defect.
  • Issues arising from a low-resolution or poor-quality logo submitted by the customer, where a quality warning was provided during the upload process.
